button click page url recall in c#

Question

hello friends i have a problem when click on button then my page url recall it self

 

like my page url this is

 

http://example.com/viewblog-KING-ELEPHAT-BOHEMIAN-DUVET-COVER-BED-SET

 

when submit my comment then

 

it recall it self  like:

 

http://example.com/viewblog-KING-ELEPHAT-BOHEMIAN-DUVET-COVER-BED-SET?name=KING-ELEPHAT-BOHEMIAN-DUVET-COVER-BED-SET 

 

 and get page error

 

so please how solve this problem
