Button Click event

Question

Guys,
       How can I associate a method to click even of a button in asp.net2.0.
we used to use eventhandler within InitializeComponent in Vs2003.I dont see InitializeComponent in Vs2005.

Also if we crete website (Not webApplication project).it wont generate designers code.
Is it a normal behaviour or do  i need to download some patches from microsoft site.
Please advise.
