Building a PFD reader.

Question

Can anyone guide me in building a pdf reader in .Net framework, it may be either ASP.Net or C#, or using JavaScript. I'm new in .Net framework and trying to build a pdf reader as it is one of the component in my project. What i actually want is on clicking of a particular link i want to redirect to the particular page of the pdf file. Like how it happens on adobe pdf reader in the content section if one click on the particular topic one will be redirected to that particular page. I'm expecting for instance reply. Please provide me with useful links and suggestions or even code.
