Buid Document to PrintDocument() dynamicly

Question

Hi, I have been reading for hours. I am not sure if what I want is possible. I understand the using MS reports and I know I can write to a word doc. but here is exactly what I want to do. (I hope I explain it ok) 1. User opens application 2. User fills out about 15 form fields 3. Application uses that information to calculate about 12 other variables 4. User clicks print and a report page is printed. Now a few things I want to consider 1. I don't wants files saved to the pc 2. I don't want a print dialog opening every time 3. I don't want a document opened (like word) 4. Basically want to create the document to memory and print it. The layout is like a report/form. Like I said, that is just an example. I don't actually want a HTML file. I hope this explains things better. If anyone could point me in the right direction. Or even just a bit of an explanation on what I need to be doing. I’m not looking for someone to do this for me. I just can seem to find something to suit. Even after researching for ages.
