Bug in program

Question

the following program shows the Snake Game.
this Game is written in C# 2010.
after running the program and pressing the arrow keys.
I accidentally somewhere in the PageGame disappears.
then method appeared to be Game over the Message.
but the program does not error and has a bug.
where is the program you have this bug?
