browser issues

Question

Hello people,
                 am working on software which has been developed for logistics related industry,
                 reports(rdlc format) are working in IE but when the application is executed on any
                  other browser reports are not getting displayed. we have used VS 2010 and MS sql server 2008 ,so there are some browser issues.

i need suggestions on this aspect and guidelines so that i can change my settings in code or web.config file.
