i send this http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/News/1099/july-month-winners-announced.aspx link to my friend.. he has no account with Mindcracker community...when he run this page it goes to the login page.. previously
there is no this type of authentication..what's the reason to attach these pages to authentication process.....

In my view this type announcements should be public(everyone can see)......
