Blutooth Apllication

Question

Hi to all,
 I have develope one application to in C# which is for searching bluetooth devices,Sending files over that device it's working fine for searching but the problem is for it's not able to send file on mobile device. For this i'm using  InTheHand.Net .dll's.
 The file sending I'm doing with ObexRequest but it's not sending file while my mobile also shows the error as operation failed. I think it's problem in adding the mobile device in PC paired devices. I done it also but still not able to do.
Any help appreciated.
