Block acitveX Control

Question

if i don't have flash activeX control in my browser. it ask me to install ActiveX control in my system. i want to know is it posible to block any ActiveX control installaion in my browser. programically i want to block if u have any solution could u give me the link please. so this will be useful. is it posibel to use DOM in C# email: [email protected] thanks in advance
