BLBO

Question

Hi, I hv to store text(.txt file) file in MS SQL Server 2005 and agian retrieve those files some times later on the sameformat(I mean as a .txt file with the same name). I've heard abt BLOB(large object data types like image text, and binary). But i dont know how exactly it gonna be done. In fac,t what would be the ideal data type that could be used. Could some body help me on that. Thanks in advance.
