Binding Source for database connectivity in vb.net

Question

hi everybody,
i have to know about the binding source concept for using the database connectivity in vb.net
 actually we use the binding source tool for bind the database table from windows form to table without form behind code

and also we use this tool to navigate the data in the forms inself
can anybody give a solution
