bind a form to panel

Good afternoon everyone! I'm new here and I hope somebody can help me. I've got a mainForm that contains a TreeView on the left side and a panel on the right side. For my application I've createt a few more forms, which do different tasks of the application and help to structure it. Now, what I want the application to do is that the panel shows or binds a particluar form, depending on which item I click in the TreeView. I know that I can make pop-ups, but I need some components (such as a OleDbConnection) from one form in other forms as well. Thanks
