Hi ,

 I need a guidance on my career.

Currently, I am working as a lead in an automotive company. My technical expertise is in .NET but not involved in programming anymore. I am just handle the team and ensure timely delivery. There is a talk going on everywhere for BIG DATA, HADOOP, R etc. So, shall I go for any such course to learn these emerging technologies and create career in them.

Please advise.
