Big Data or any other technology for .Net Developers

Hi Mahesh,

 

I am working on .Net from past 7 years but don't know why not getting the satisfaction in terms of level of work and compensation , would be great if you can suggest me something , should i explore the Big data world and  if yes and what is path for a .Net developer to move to Big data .
