today my company told us we are in financial crisis we cant pay u for next 3 months if anyone one wants to stay or leave pls inform what u have decided in the evening. from april to until now they didnt pay salary now they are telling this to us. I have 1.5years exp with this month i dont have an idea? what should i do?

my problem is we are using asp.net not usng mvc or .net core. what is the outside situation should i stay or leave? i got some suggestions like stay in the company learn new technology then leave like they are saying. and i already started learning AI!
