best way to inform the user about newly released application.?

hi...
i have released one application..

now i have to maintain the document for the released application..

which is the best method to write the information
such as in word,or pdf or excel or
is there any way to keep the document..?

so that every one should know that the new release
application is released .. and they should be updated

i've hosted the previous application and now i have
release the modules in that application ..

now i have inform all the user that we have
released new modules with etc etc features ..

which is the best way to inform the user about newly released application..?

As Mahesh said, all these questions should have the answers before delivering the application.

How many Concurrent Users access your application at a time ?

Your application will support for how many concurrent users ?

Does your server has the capablity to support this much of users request at a time ?

What about the CPU usage at that time ?

How about the Memory Leaks in your applications, if the memory keep on grows, your system will get hanged ?

How will you use the Performance Monitor to track the Memory leaks ?

How to deliver an application with Zero Down Time ?

How will you upgrade your applications, when some users perform operations in your application ?

How will your application Performs or Scales when the users got increased ?

Like this there were so many things based on your project size.

thank u mahesh and mani .. by keeping all those in mind.. i have two folders publish and release folder.. i want to give to the hoster for hosting.. now what is the process to give the publish release folder to the hosters.. what steps we need to take..

How many users you have? How frequent updated will you have? Do you have a user help documentation? Help file or something for users? A User's Guide perhaps?

thanks for replying.. sorry for one more stupid Question There are two teams hosting team and development team developers build the software and related document before release they have the code and document. now what is the process to that builded project to the hosters i.e hosting department.. means... what are the steps that we should keep in mind before we give the project to the hosters.....??

You can also provide a new version website link on old application.

This will take to new website home page with listing all new features.
