Best way to create social sharing in 2020 without javascript

Question

Previously one of my client's site were using social share buttons for:-

1. Facebook
2. Whatsapp
3. LinkedIn

The problem is the javascript these widgets loads which increases the site loading time.what is the best way to create social sharing buttons in 2020 without using javascript.

 

Please if any of you have tested in 2020 then tell me the current api's for:-

•  Facebook and Whatsapp atleast.
