      not all these
1. creating view in Schema Binding option,
2. Count_big() in Select statement and
3. then after Creating An Index to view
                                 What are those...................................!

<2> In Which Memory CTE is Created/stored/Declared in SQL SERVER not in TEMP DB, Where
        Exactly !
