MVC Redirect codefrom one page to another: Here I mentioned the Controller code for redirect one page to another page.The model state is valid the action is redirect to the index page. @Html.ActionLink("Actionname","ControllerName") is used to redirect to another page in asp.net MVC 5 from view page and RedirectToAction("Actionname","ControllerName") when you are in controller

In MVC as routing setup said it can be redirected by calling the action method of one controller. Ex: Public YourController: Controller { Public ActionResult Index() { Return view ();// It means it will search for a view with same name as Index. If it found then it will redirect to that view. } Public ActionResult Index2() { Return view (); } } Lets say in that Index.cshtml page there is one button present when you click on that button it will redirect to Index2 page of same controller.
