Based on multiple checkbox need to vary text box fields.

Question

HI,


I have requirement some thing like :

I have five check boxes (CB)  and while click on check box it needs to display some text boxes (TB). For E.g :-

My check boxes named x,y,z  if i click on x i need to display TB some A,B,C and if i click on CB  y only  then need to display TB some D,E,F and

if i select CB x and Y then that time need to display TB A,B,C ,D,E,F  like dat.

Please help me out  how to achieve this functionality.

Currently I am working on this req looking for quick response.
