Backgroud Image Flickering

OK!
     Hope all of you are f9 out there, ok i have been developing C# application from last 3 years, but uptill now i dont know how to overcome problem of Image Flickering on forms, i remember in VS2003 there was no such problem, but in VS 2005-08 this problem persists, if you use background image if flickers in the background, looks so stupid in professional applications, if there is some API of C++ library that could manage to drive away this problem? Kindly help.
