Azure VM Creation

Question

Hi All,

 

I want to setup a Azure VM From Scratch for my own interest. Eventhough i surfed a lot articles in the net i couldnt able to found nothing handy & catchy. 

 

I am getting the Credit card information screen everytime before setting up the cluster. 

 

Can anyone assist me on this step by step Instruction for setting up the VM.
