azure bot on chat web

Question

I have deployed a chatbot to azure and now able to run it as a web chat. but the sad thing is that it does not run perfect the same way it does if it is on the TEST IN WEB CHAT. By right, as soon as you run it, it should send a message the user greeting, then user responds etc. what it does on the real web chat is that a user has to first send anytype of a message to it, then that is when it will start to spit all the messages.

 

Please have a look on attached screenshot and advise on the error
