Azure Boards Example

Hi,

 

i am a beginner in azure boards. i have some queries if someone can help me out

1.  What will be the Epic/Feature/User Story and Task if i take this example real time scenario.
   "The module name is Accounting, Under accounting i want to assign a new screen for my staff Called Journal Voucher. This JV screen has input parameters i.e, date, amount, account code.  when the user click save then JV no. has to be generated and the user should be able to print the JV "
2. can i directly create user story without creating epic and features for the above scenario? how is it done in real time ?
