Automatic HTML formatted emails.

Question

Hello,

I am working on a requirement in which HTML formatted email should go to admins after some particular action with data in it, which is being fetched from the database like(Name, Email and etc).

Now i have been able to add the data in the html page with the details of single person, the only problem i am facing is what if there is more than one Admin , so how do i display the names of all admins with their email id's on that particular html page, that html page has place holders where those details are populated. The html page doesn't get created at  run time it is there as part of the app. If anybody has any idea as how to approach this problem please share your thoughts with me, it would be of great help.
