automatic close windows after 3 hours

Hello...

i really need help here. I have an asp .net c# page which i want it to automatically close after 3 hours.i have tried <body onLoad="setTimeout(window.close, 15000‬);" > as testing time but it doesn't work.

Can someone kindly help me with full example. TQ very much..
