Automate Outlook Express to save it's attachments in a shared directory

Question

Hi,
i wanna automate outlook express of few client machines so that, i can copy their mail attachments onto a shared directory in server which inturn will be uploaded to database.
So, my concern is to automate clients' outlook and get the attachments to a shared directory.

Any inputs are appreciated,
