AutoCompleteExtender Returned Results Missing Zero's?

Here I have the auto complete extender its working but somewhere along the way any leading zero's are being removed

 

 

 

Example::

 

Employee code is starts with 0514365 in ajax returns 514365 only its omits zero i don't know why?? help mee!!!!

 

when i debug a line in datatable its shows correctly
