Auto Suggest Textbox in asp.net

Question

Dear All,

I want to make a responsive textbox WITHOUT USING AJAX AUTO-EXTENDER ...

i.e. Auto Suggest Text Box - User types one or two characters, and suggestions comes as dropdownlist

Just like we type in GOOGLE and we get suggestions.

How do I do that with Services (EXCEPT WEB SERVICE) in asp.net ? Please help..
