Auto Search

I have one page having one grid conains user data.On top of the grid one search panel is there, haveing two textboxs(FirstName,LastName) and Search button.

Based on vlaues of the textboxs grid will fill.

Right now I have to click on search button to search any user.

What I want is whenerver user starts typing in textboxs grid will fill automatically.I dono wnat to click on Search button.

I am using master page concept here.

Is there and simple way to achieve this ?
