Auto Refresh a Pie Chart created in PowerBI

Question

I have created a pie chart using the data from a sharepoint online list in PowerBI. I do not have a PowerBI Pro license and hence am not able to use the "PowerBI" viewer webpart. I can use the "Publish to Web" option in PowerBI and use the embed webpart on a modern sharepoint page. But, the problem here is that the report doesn't refresh on change in list data. How can i schedule auto refresh for the data shown in Iframe? 

 

Also, Is there any other way to create a pie chart for a sharepoint online list? Please suggest..
