Auto Redraw in Picture Boxes

Question

Hi, I am making a skinning program and I am implementing a live preview mode for the skins, I have read the article auto redraw on forms and I tried using the code but it stuffs up the image inside my picture box when it redraws, is there any way that I can implement a solution the same as the auto redraw and keep my image at the same time?
