Auto Populate or Cascading

Question

I have a small question about the cascading list fields

Now i have the list with two lookup columns like Country and Team Lead, and one more column i am using i.e. "Created by" , based on created by column i would like to auto populate the Country and Team Lead in my list using SPD,
