Auto populate field values not working. please help

Auto-Populate the Field Values Based on Text Change in SharePoint Online List Forms and i tried the same way Vijay sir mentioned but at my end nothing is happening and also i checked your comment on that post and similarly changed the code but still not working so can you please help me.
