Authorize "ApplicationName" to use your account ?

Question

Hi everyone, It's my first post. 

 

I'm trying to create a web site for manage my twitter account. For this I have to authorize my application to my twitter account. I already have application keys. 

 

 

 

Note: I will give only consumer key and consumer secret. I will not give access token, When I try to authorize (Like image which I already posted top) program will get my access token  and access token secret, it means everyone can use my website just a click one button. 

 

I'm trying to do this 3 days. Please Help.
