Audio Play SD Card module & Arduino with sound sync LED

Question

I'm setting up for our Halloween display for charity this year. I have looked at Audio Play with SD Card module with Arduino Uno. by Munish A. Can anyone help me in advancing his idea please. What i would like to do is have an SD Card with a witches spell recorded on it. The Arduino Uno is to be triggered by using reed switch (motion sensing. ON when moved or shaken) White LED's will be placed in the eye sockets of the witches head. can i make these white LED's (12v) flash / pulse with the speech of the spell?

If i can, how would i go about wiring it up and how would the code best be written.

I am a novice to Arduino, I understand a little about coding, and can modify Code's written by others to fit in with my previous props. But i cant get my head around how to write any new codes. It all sounds double dutch to me. but i am willing to try and hopefully learn more as time goes by.

 

The next challange i would look at for our Halloween Display, is to make the skeletons talk, using an RC servo motor and sound / speech from an SD Card and an Arduino, then have flashing eyes as well. Or am i being Too Adventurus ????
