Assembly 'obout_Interface, Error

Hi ,
 
while i am using  obout  Grid i am getting  the  "assembly 'obout_Interface" Error .
 
Error:-
 
Could not load file or assembly 'obout_Interface, Version=4.0.10.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=d5dff6913a9d6649' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. 
 
How to resolve this problem.
