Assembly reference missing.

I wanted to compile the mission planner code available in GitHub but I am getting this error. Can anyone give me solution for this type of error and why m getting it?

Error CS0234 The type or namespace name 'SqlServerCe' does not exist in the namespace 'System.Data' (are you missing an assembly reference?)
