Assembly Problem in GAC

Hi
Can any one tell me what does stand for k (like i for install)...?
sn -k "[DriveLetter]:\[DirectoryToPlaceKey]\[KeyName].snk"

I.and second thing is what ever i have add the assembly to GAC is showing me below message
1. Verification entry added for assembly "myflibraray.484EEDFD93E3F1D8"

and2.i want to confirm it so i am going to C:\Windows\assembly but it is not showing me here.....
