.aspx Deployment on hosting domain

Question

Dear I Have publihsed my web application on to the hosting solution but i forgot to take a copy of that when i was making published version Now I have changed lot of Things into the project mean i have changed many pages , but i do not want to disturbed all the pages on the hosting solution i just want to published a single page on hosting domain without affecting others but when i published that page with .DLL,.XML,PDB files they affact the others pages too , ??
Any solution how to update a single page even if you do not have the copy of the project which is uploaded on hosting server?
