asp.netc# create crystal reports parameters programitically

Guys,

 

i have visual studio enterprise 2015 . i am trying to propose a new project to my team and so want to create a working proof example in this environment to present it to the team.

 

this version of visual studio does NOT have crystalreportviewer.

 

I am looking into developing -

1) windows application

2) open already exisitng crystal report

3) CREATE a new parameter and pass the values

4) I should be able to do with out using crystalreportviewer

 

please let me know how this can be done, this will help me a whole bunch!!
