Asp.Net Web Api with AngularJS

Question

I have created a Login view page when data is entered into the text boxes and submit button is clicked the js file i wote to post the data is not running and it shoes error as not found i have attached the screenshots of my program please verify them and help me with solution.

 There is a error show in console as $injuctor is not present.
