Asp.Net validations

Question

I'm using asp.net validations for my form ,it's working very fine but the problem is when I click on cancel button validations are raising.In my form I have apply,save and cancel buttons.Validations should raise when I click on apply and save button,should not raise for cancel button,any one can help me how to correct it??
