ASP.NET MVC5 Linq Query

Question

i have three tables company,payer and cases.Cases have PayerId and CompanyId i want to show data from cases in cases many payer and companies have addedd . My question is how i show payer name with total cases with total collection with average from linq query Means if cases have Payer aetna .Please help me?
