Asp.Net MVC : Unable add the controller

Question

Hi can anyone help me out this, when i add ado.net entity data model to model folder(VS2012), in Entity Data Model Wizard Generate from Database is missing, and instead it shows the following.

 

 

After all, i choose EF Designer from DataBase and click on next and choose the tables. and i dint get any error.

Next i get the following error when i try to add the controller. .
