asp.net mvc Master Detail in multiple controller & views

Question

Hi, I have the following scenerio; In one view data list I click on the Selected employee id,

Then I will have the other multiple action links of various categories when i go through it I should get only the records of Selected Employee (Albert) only.what is the best practice ?
