Asp.net MVC how to get the full path of upload file through

Hi,

All please give the solution for if  I upload the the file in mvc then how i get the full path of the uploaded file through jquery.i am getting the file name through jquery and path also but it is not going to the controller action method.so please guide me as soon as possible.
