ASP.NET MVC Application is working very slow in IIS ?

Question

Hi Team, I am facing some issue with the application performance which slows down when navigating from one view to another view in MVC application which is hosted into IIS Server. After login to the application, when navigating from one view to another view it is taking approximately 30 to 50 seconds  of time for navigation. May i know what can be the issue. Did anyone faced any such kind of issues please reply with your answers.
