Asp.net mvc 5 EF code first follow implementation

Question

Good day 

 

I'm using asp.net mvc and i want to implement follow button i want student to be able to follow a tutor  and i want a student to be able to subdcribe to  a classroom but am stack 

and i have been searching i dont find anything tangable 

 

Please help if you know any link or direction i can follow please point me to it
