asp.net membership provider

Hi Guys,

 

I need tutorials or articles on configuring asp.net menbership provider and linking it to the front end. It would be helpful if it gives a step-by-step approach. Also. please clarify me on whether this configuration process has been modified in the new versions of asp.net.
